This symphonic pagan/black metal horde, established in Novosibirsk in 2005, appears on MetalGate Czech Death Fest for the first time. Since their relocation to Czech Republic in 2013, Welicoruss is marching to conquer the upper ranks of the Czech and European metal scene, as evident from numerous live shows across the Old Continent, performances alongside acclaimed bands such as Arkona or Varg, and the release of their third studio album “As Ezm”, which came out last year and received praise from critics. Hesitate not then and come to witness the heathen rituals of the Old Rus!
